Shipping

Our partners for shipment are DPD, Post NL & Bpost

Shipping costs (VAT included) will be indicated at checkout of ordering process (shipment may be free of charge if achieving minimum order values)

Special products that are eg to heavy (>30 kg) or due to length restrictions (eg poles) not possible to ship through our standard partners, can be picked up at our warehouse (after appointment) or if required and on demand we may request an external transporter to quote a delivery price for such special deliveries.


Returns

Products that are part of our standard assortment, can be returned if they are returned undamaged, unused and in their original undamaged package.

Refer to the chapter “Instructions for returns” on how to return ordered goods. Products that are not in stock, can in some cases not be returned and/or the return costs may be covered by the customer.

We accept returns. Caution: returns are not allowed without our prior written permission.
